
Golden Milk Saffron Tea

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Milk
- 10 Benefit Spice Saffron Strands
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Cardamom Pods
- Other Spices to Taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat ½ Cup Milk over Medium Heat until Bubbles Start to Form
- Add Saffron, Turmeric, Ginger, Pepper, Cardamom, Other Spices
- Stir to Combine
- Add Remaining Milk
- Continue Heating for 5 Minutes
- Taste, Adjust Spices, Enjoy!
